and availability please contact Karl. At his workshop in Belgrade, Montana, Karl Jermunson
makes custom knives. You can choose the steel; handle material, file work, mosaic pins and
plain or engraved blades. The knife made will be uniquely your own.
FIRST - CHOOSE THE BLADE STYLE AND LENGTH
A. Drop Point
B. Trailing Point
C. Spear Point
D. Clip Point
0 - Less than 6"
1 - 6" to 7.5"
2 - 7.5" to 9"
3 - 9" to 12"
4 - 12" to 15"
5 - Over 15"
THIRD - CHOOSE THE STEEL - Choose from 0-1, D2, L6 or stainless
steel.
FOURTH - CHOOSE THE HANDLE MATERIAL - There is a wide variety of handle material available. Contact Karl for assistance.
FIFTH - CHOOSE THE FILE WORK - You can choose the file work for the spine or leave
that to Karl. When customizing, a photo of the various
file pattern is helpful.
SIXTH - CUSTOMIZE. You can choose other custom options to make this knife uniquely yours. Mosaic pins, engraving, blade jewelling and Damascus. Some of these options
can be seen in our knife showcase.
